Raisin Scone:

A light buttermilk - biscuit type scone with California raisins baked Irish Style. Our award winning scone are our most requested product. Great for breakfast or lunch sliced and served with butter and strawberry jam, jelly or marmalade. Whenever tea is served, you can be sure a scone is on the side.

Batch Bread:

The Irish version of Italian Bread. Wheat flour is used to produce a hearty loaf of bread. Excellent sliced and used for sandwiches.

 


Barm Brack:

A round light fruit bread, dark in appearance from the combination of spices used to give the brack its special taste. Traditional served with tea after dinner or supper.
